About Max Tax & Consulting

Although Max Tax & Consulting was founded by Sharaya Pierce in 2021, its presence has been assisting small businesses since 2017. Our founder is someone who enjoys being creative, arithmetic, empowering others with knowledge and so much more. 

She and her husband established a remediation and mitigation company in 2016. Whenever there was a need for their business, they looked for professional help in those areas. That help was either too expensive for a startup company, required complete dependence or, unfortunately, wasn’t honest. This motivated Sharaya to fill those needs instead. She did her due diligence by furthering her education in corporate taxes, business administration and technology to name a few. From there she learned the ins and outs of what it took to be a fully operating small business owner. She was told, she took on too many tasks and it would lead to their failure, but our founder always remembered, “She is clothed in strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future. -Proverbs 31:25”. 

While on that journey, colleagues, family members and friends alike looked to her for advice and services. As the demand of others looking to her for assistance grew, naturally came Max Tax & Consulting. This allowed her to continue to help others but most importantly, empower entrepreneurs with knowledge while providing cost-effective services that most small business owners may need. With the help of our business professionals, we're able to offer services such as corporate and individual tax planning & preparation, business branding and administrative outsourcing services by way of our virtual general managers.  Our firm has grown exceptionally and is now capable of expanding our founder’s integrity and expertise to current and future business owners through professionals you can count on!
